Mentorships at Jefferies

Nana and Demet have both been mentors and mentees throughout their career. Working in different regions and divisions, they have guided each other through professional goals and bonded over balancing their careers and raising a family.

Investment Bankers Fitz and Andy connected through going to the same school and a common background. They were able to expand their professional networks through gained exposure to each other’s sector.
