Mentorships at Jefferies

Nana and Demet have both been mentors and mentees throughout their career. Working in different regions and divisions, they have guided each other through professional goals and bonded over balancing their careers and raising a family.

In their relationship, Lior shared his knowledge gained from being at the firm for a number of years, while Sanjana provided Lior with her vantage point of being new to Jefferies and also working with teams across all divisions.
